How you will add value

Levers is building an innovative and comprehensive accounts payable and receivable automation software that will streamline the way businesses handle their financial transactions and run their accounting.

Examples of tasks you will work on in the next few months:

• Designing and implementing the backend architecture for our accounts payable and receivable automation software.
• Building a reconciliation engine for payments coming from various channels
• Collaborate with the front-end development team to integrate the front-end components with the backend services
• Create a robust and scalable backend that can handle high volumes of financial data
• Integrating with accounting software solutions, payment gateways, and bank software

As an early member of the team, you will be expected to contribute to the product roadmap and overall tech strategy. Outside of engineering, you will pave your own path, from hiring, managing an engineering team, launching new products, or expanding to other markets. Additionally, you will build the company culture from the ground up alongside the founding team.

Must have

• You are an expert at "hacking" the system and identifying undocumented problems.
• You understand that shipping early and learning quickly is more important than perfecting a feature. You know when to take shortcuts and when to dive deep.
